Technical Support Engineer

Our client, the world\'s leading provider of VoIP telephony applications software, requires a Technical Support Engineer. You will be on the front line resolving technical issues and working with their global support team.                                                                                                                                   You will have the following experience;                                                                                           Proven commercial experience in Technical Support or an equivalent engineering role.                                                                                                                                                                               BSc degree or equivalent telecommunication and networking experience          Familiar with Session Boarder Controllers, Network Address Translation, Call Detail Record collection, IP gateways, and PSTN interfaces.Experience with Network and Element Systems Management tolls (eg HP Openview, AdventNet)                                                                                                               VoIP systems experience and knowledge of some of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, RTP, TLS, SMTP, SNMP, Security and encryption techniques.
